To learn more, and to apply, see below.

The River Music Experience is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team.

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in documenting, managing, and forecasting the finances of the River Music Experience and coordinating efficient operations and business management. Your work will strengthen the impact RME has on our region and will continue the organization’s strong momentum as a leader in the arts and culture landscape.

This is a half-time, salaried position (20 hours per week). For the right candidate, we would be open to a 30 hour per week position.

RME operates under a flexible unlimited PTO system for all salaried staff. Success in your role will be measured through individual goals and progress within the organization’s strategic plan.

We cultivate a work environment that is casual and flexible, placing a high priority on work/life balance while staying efficient, effective, and focused on meeting organizational goals.

The pay range for this role is $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience. A 30 hour per week role would be eligible for health benefits.

The River Music Experience is an equal opportunity employer. We highly encourage applications from candidates with lived experiences that can add to a more complete understanding of our community, especially people of color and other marginalized identities.

We recognize that studies have shown that people of color and women are less likely to apply to jobs if they do not meet 100% of the listed requirements. If you feel that you could contribute to the RME’s success, please do not hesitate to apply!

To apply, send a cover letter and resume to tdanner@rivermusicexperience.org. Questions about the role or the organization may be directed to the same email. No phone calls, please.
