Tyson is originally from the Quad Cities area, and received his B.A. in Music from St. Ambrose University. He has worked in the nonprofit field in various capacities since 2007, serving theatre, visual arts, and music organizations. He is actively involved in the Quad Cities arts and nonprofit community. Tyson is a member of the board of directors of the Humane Society of Scott County and serves on advisory boards for WVIK and the Mississippi Bend Players.

- Events Manager
Chrissy manages rental events at the RME facility, working with patrons to create the perfect event.
Chrissy is a professional musician/singer and recording artist, and can be seen with the Candymakers and Elysian as a vocalist.

- Education Director
Bret is responsible for RME's educational programs in schools and throughout the community. Since 2003, Bret has performed and traveled with the Chicago-based Lonnie Brooks Blues Band, and locally with The Candymakers. His passion for music is only matched for his desire to provide excellent programming opportunities for the community.

- Entertainment Director
Kate coordinates and books live music performances at the RME, building connections with local, regional, and national artists and audiences.
Kate was raised in the Quad Cities and is a graduate from the University of Iowa, where she studied Communications and was involved in the school’s concert committee, SCOPE Productions. Kate’s favorite part about her job is that she gets to listen to new music every day, and enjoys meeting musicians from around the globe.

- Finance Director
Molly oversees the RME's financial activities.
She was born and raised in Moline, Illinois. Molly received a B.A. in Accounting at Augustana College and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver. She has traveled all over the country for live music. Molly enjoys working at RME because she loves doing a small part to make the Quad Cities a dynamic community to live in.

- Community Engagement Coordinator
Jesse manages community relationships and fundraising efforts, strengthening RME's ties with our community and developing resources to grow our programs.
Jesse believes that everyone has the power to create real change. And it's never more evident than in her position at RME. In her role, Jesse helps spread the importance of RME's mission to our local Quad Cities community by telling our story and building relationships with those that love the joy of music, just as much as we do.

- Education Coordinator
Ben implements educational programs alongside the Education Director, including RiverCurrents, online programs, and camps.
Ben grew up in the Quad Cities and has been coming to the River Music Experience since it's infancy, participating in - and later teaching at - the Winter Blues and Kidstock camps. He looks forward to every day at the RME where he gets to pass on his love of music to others.

- Bar Manager
Nick is responsible for the RME's bar operations and also assists with artist hospitality and other aspects of performance and event production. Nick takes pride in ensuring quality and consistency in the operations he’s responsible for.
